Hi, I have changed my HD to SSD, I have tried to deactivate my licence on the former installed HD, then changed to SSD, now i can not activate the purchased licence online - socket error 2-77, when I try offline there is no licence in my account? Made all the suggested changes in Windows Firewall and Defender - does not work

When logging into your SDL account please make sure you use the same log s - same email address you used at the time of the purchase of your 2011 license.

Hi Ana-Loredana Gabur, I did not need an email address back in the time, when I purchased Trados 2007 and 2011, it all worked fined until I have changed my HD for an SSD, I think they try to force me to buy a never version... I have the licences and a CD with the programme, I have reinstalled Trados 2007Suite this works, I can even type in the licence, Trados 2011 and Passolo 2011 do not work, It is a pitty, because the license was and is not cheap.
I have shut off firewall, defender and antivirus programme, nothing happend, still socket error 2-77
