I just upgraded from 2019 freelance to 2021 freelance.
I upgraded my license, rendering 2019 no longer usable, but now the 2021 files will not download.
I click the button, a new tab briefly appears then disappears, and no files show up in my Downloads folder.
Please advise

Please re-try using a different browser and see if it works, Explorer or Firefox would be recommended, not Chrome. It seems Chrome is blocking the download for some reason.

I tried Firefox and MS Edge. Nothing.
