Download issue after upgrade from Trados Studio 2019 to 2021 version

Question

Hello, 
 I upgraded from 2019 to 2021 version today but can't download " SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR1 CU3" installation software from my SDL account ( Alternative download via FTP is also not working). 
 
 Is it system error or let me know how to download the new software.

 Hi there, 
 Use a different browser to do the download. For example, if you were using Google Chrome, then use Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer - or Firefox - instead. 
 You will find it then works OK.
