I just upgraded to 2021 and uninstalled V2015 but now under download all links are down SDL trados 2021 and SDL multiterm are all not working FRP links also......

Please use a different browser. It should be fine, but some browsers, normally Chrome (but it doesn't affect everyone), have a problem with ftp which we need to resolve. You can also try to right-click and select "Save As" from the links you posted here.
