I bought an upgrade from SDL Trados Studio 2017 PLUS to SDL Trados Studio 2021 PLUS.

Both my 2017 licenses are in use: one on a virtual machine I use daily on my iMac, the other one on a lost virtual machine on an old laptop. I wanted to return the laptop license only (offline, as the virtual machine has been lost). The Offline Deactivation Certificate page of my SDL account lists two license numbers, but neither matches the license number I can see in Show Activation Code of the SDL Trados 2017 version installed on my iMac. What I am missing?

Based on the dates shown next to the two license numbers in the Offline Deactivation Certificate page (2017 and 2019), I think that one minute ago I clicked by mistake on the Deactivate button of the wrong machine (2019). Could you please disregard that Deactivation request?

I was also wondering if the Upgrade feature will allow me to keep the 2017 version on one machine and move on to the 2021 version on another machine, or if the Upgrade button would automatically "switch off" both my 2017 versions.
