Trados Starter 2021

Question

Hello, 
 I have purchased a licence on 29th december for Trados Starter 2021. It appears on the site that the licence is active but when I open Trados I can't open any project (the option is grey) because it seems the license is not activated. when I try to paste the license key given on the site in Trados, it doesn't work a message appears saying it is impossible. 
 could you help me asap pls because I can't work and I urgently need to install Trados completely ?
