I've bought Trados Studio description but the licenses do appear in my account online - just the downloads of the program. (Trados + Term Bank program)
Do I have to uninstall my trial version?
Can't I just have my license number? Not sure how to get help!

If you have purchased a subscription only version, then you don't need a license activation as this is activated via the cloud.
Simply select the Language Cloud Subscription option- sign in and then you should be able to use Trados Essentials and SDL Trados Studio 2021
