We have tried the solutions given in the article "">gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge Only the deactivation offline works for us. However, in order to try the other two solutions, we would need to know:
1. Server hostname
2. Port number to connect to
3. Protocol (TCP/UDP or https

We have tested the connection to the IPs following instructions on the above article with telnet and we found that
License Server: 52.10.113.171 : This IP address cannot be connected using telnet from that Windows desktop try to active the license online (command 'telnet 52.10.113.171 443')
OOS server: 51.68.185.201 : This IP address can connect using telnet from that Windows desktop try to active the license online (command 'telnet 51.68.185.201 443')
So it is possible that the connection fail to IP License Server: 52.10.113.171 accounting to this issue?

Unfortunately, the Online activation doesn`t work anymore for Studio 2011 and Studio 2014. These versions use a legacy activation system and due to some changes on our side the Online activation doesn`t work, only Offline activation.
