I have to reinstall Studio 2019 for the third time because it doesn't work properly on Parlalles 16, how can I deactivate the license and reapply?

If you reinstall Studio in the same virtual machine, you do not need to reset your license. The license information does not get lost when you uninstall Studio, only if you reinstall Windows (or create a new VM in Parallels).
You may therefore simply reinstall Studio.
BTW: what kind of problem do you face with Parallels 16?
BTW: I am running Parallels 16.1.2 and Studio 2019 runs fine.
Dear Walter, I need some time to reinstall Studio and I'll let you know, if it works. I anyway have huge problems witch Parallels 16 and Windows Pro and Studio on the new Big Sur OS. I'll be back in some 30'.
