I installed SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus, but I have issues with the license upgrading process. My SDL account shows that the upgrade is available, but when I click the "process update" button it does nothing. And the account still shows that I have one available upgrade.

Please try to process the upgrade using another browser. If it still doesn`t work, can I try to process the upgrade from our end to see if it works?
