Hello, recently I had problems with both my PC and my laptop. I had to change cards before deactivating my licence (Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus). I have no idea how to activate the licence now. My account says my licence is in use (it is, on the old cards which are damaged and I can't use them to deactivate the licence) and I don't know how to deal with the problem. Can you help me, please?
