I have bought an yearly license for Trados Studio 2021 on December 19 through your Italian distributor Vertere. Order number 63180. I have received an email on December 21 from SDL stating
"Your Language Cloud subscription is being provisioned. We will notify you when this is completed."
I still haven't received the license code I have paid for.
The "Licenses Page" of my SDL account is empty!
Plus, it is impossible to contact your distributor Vertere as its web page is being maintained.
Please send the code as soon as possible!!!
