as it happened with Studio 2017, also Studio 2021 (installed 3 days ago) suddenly crashes.
Could you please let me know how to fix the problem?

Do you get any error messages before the crash?
What exactly are you doing, beforehand? Is this occurring with specific tasks?
Often, the reason for unexplained crashes are that the system is not updated/and or Studio/MultiTerm has not been added to your AntiVirus exceptions list.
The following should help you ensure everything is up to date-

Once everything is updated, you may need to repair/reset Studio

Good afternoon Steven, no error message is displayed before the crash.
We had installed the latest versions of Studio 2021 and Multiterm.
For the last 2 days no crash is occurring, let's hope...
