Having problems activating Trados 2021

Hello.

We're installing TRADOS 2021 along with GroupShare.

We've installed the TRADOS 2021 in a new workstation and have de-activated the license in our "old" workstation using 2015.

Looking at the TRADOS portai, the 2015 licenses still show 2 in use, so we're unable to apply a license to our 2021 installation.
