I also have this problem since Trados 2021 was updated. It works fine if I created the project myself. This problem seem occured only with project packaged given by translation agency with older version of Trados. It is fine when updating my TM but the agency's TM seemed to be OK. Please help to solve this annoying issue.

If the packages received from the translation agency are created with older versions of Trados then, most probably, the TMs are also created with an older version.
