I had problems with my Windows and due to a virus, it had to be formatted because I couldn't access it anymore. This mentioned, I lost my Trados, but it still says active on my profile, and I cannot reset or offline deactivate my license. It shows that there is an error and it gives me this link to post a question.
Can you help me please, I need to activate the license on my new Windows as soon as possible?
