how can I solve the issue.

Please make sure your Windows is up to date and then try again. If you still have an error message try to install Studio 2021 manually following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0029227
If it still doesn`t work please attach a screenshot with the error message.
