New installation of SDL Trados and reactivation of license key due to computer crash

Hello,
The PC on which my Trados was running crashed and I'm now forced to reformat the hard drive & reinstall everything that was on it before the crash. In worst case scenario, I'll have to buy a new PC. One way or another, I'll have to reinstall SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance and recover/reset? my licence key. 
Could you guide me through the installation & licensing process? 
After watching the videos on the online/offline license deactivation, I realise I won't be able to deactivate my activation code myself as I've got no access to the SDL Trados software (Computer won't start). 
Is there a way of resetting it? Could the SDL team manually do it?
Please, let me know how to proceed.
