Getting an error message when trying to desactivating license

Hello,

I have studio 2017 Frreelance. I'm transfering to a new computer, and thus need to desactivate the license on this one (the old) before doing so.

When clicking on "Desactivate", I get the message : Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded.

I searched in this KB, and found this tip, done without any success:

Try deleting this file, restart Studio, and then try the process again:

c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio4\Data\Studio.lic

I reset this license about a month ago, could there be a link?
