deactivating Studio 2019 offline but Internet connection needed to fetch the certificate...

Hello everyone, 
 
 I have watched the video on how to deactivate offline. But&hellip; How to proceed without Internet connection to log in to my account to fetch the certificate?? 
 I want to deactivate Studio 2019 on an old laptop to install it on my new one. But, strangely, since I have the new one, I can not connect to the Internet on the old one, so I can not deactivate online the license. I suppose that the certificate is linked to the IP address, so I can't use another computer, which has the Internet connection, to get the certificate? Please, help!

 The certificate is generated based on the Disk ID and the Ethernet address (MAC) which are unique for each computer. The offline deactivation can be performed only on the computer where you activated the license not from another one or by copying the information.
