Hi, I have tried to deactivate one of two licences I have installed to move it to another computer for work away from the home office, but all attempts to do so online and offline seem to have failed.

The online deactivation attempt returned the following error message:

Could not revoke this license. - Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded.

Not much luck deactivating it offline either as the deactivation authorization copied in Step 1 failed to generate the deactivation certificate. Here's the message.
