License Activation Failed

Question

Dear friends: 
 I recently upgraded from 2019 to 2021 ( SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus ). I proceeded to uninstall my previous software, then download and install the new one. But when I tried to activate my upgraded license, it gave me an error that says: 
 Activation falied 
 Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance. 
 
 I would really appreciate your prompt assistance.

I really appreciate your quick response. I have checked and it was my mistake: I was using the code in the note field.

Hello Mildred Alpizar 
 I`ve checked your account and both seats of your 2021 license are available for activation. Please try again to activate your 2021 license (the one ending in 6d668 ), it should work just fine.
