Issue with License Reset and Deactivation

Dear Support team,

I installed the Virtual box on my Mac to run the SDL Trados Studio 2019 back in July 2020 but the software was running too slowly. I have chosen to remove the Virtual Box and have installed the Windows on my Mac via the Bootcamp. However, the IT specialists have removed the SDL Trados Studio 2019 with the Virtual box, this is why I have not deactivated the license in the software (as it has already been removed with the Virtual Box). The SDL provider in my country from whom I have purchased the software has advised me to deactivate or reset the license in my SDL account. I have been unable to deactivate and reset the license by myself as I receive the error message when I choose both of these options. Please would you be able to reset my license for me so I could activate my license once again?
