Hi team
We have a message to update SDL multiterm 2017.
At the end of the update I have an error. Install ask me for a file > MTconvert14.msi. But that file exists.
The file exists but install says it's not valid installation package for the product.
Update failed!
Can you help us ?

We had a remote session with the client and we managed to solve the initial issue and we could install the latest version of Multiterm 2017. The issue now is that the software does not start because of OS related issues. On further investigation we noticed that the client had the same initial issue with other products, such as Microsoft Visual C++. The Windows installed could not find the location of the installer. Also the Windows 10 version is very old, client running a 1600 version when we are running a 1900 version. I suggest that the client revamps their Windows installation, make sure that they have the latest updates and Multiterm 2017 will work fine. I have closed this case because the client did not respond in time.
