I have SDL Trados installed on my previous computer (this computer is out of service now.) I want to use my licence again on my new computer. Do I have to click on « deactivate / reactivate online » or « reset licence option (link on the right, next to the different licences, under SDL my account) ? Thank you for your help.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
