If it still doesn`t work please send us a screenshot with the error message.

Thanks for your help. I tried to install the program manually, but when I try to install the main components, I can not see this path C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLMultiTermDesktop2021\modules.  These files and folders do not appear as "Hidden items" either. The following message appears:

An error occurred downloading the following resource:

go.microsoft.com/.../

Date: 13/01/2021 01:10:10 p.m.

See the setup log file located at C:\Users\Juan\AppData\Local\Temp\VSDF71C.tmp\install.log for more information

You don`t have to install the files from C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLMultiTermDesktop2021\modules  - these are for Multiterm. 

For Studio you only need to run the file from C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2021\Modules.

Did you try that? If not, please try and then open Studio to see if it works.
