RESETING MY License

Hello, I bought my license SDL Trados Studio (2017) in 2018. Now my computer is completely out of order and I don't have any access to it. I asked for help Translation Productivity Resellers , but "reset" option doesn't work. There is an error message. Could you please reset my license to be able to install on my new computer, because I need to work on an urgent translation.
