When I start Trados 2021 Starter it says the license is expired cannot activate even though I copy & paste the activation code from my SDL account.

When I start Trados 2021 Starter it says the license is expired and won't activate even though I copy & paste the activation code from my SDL account. The license is valid until September 2021. I would like to know how I can activate and use Trados ASAP.
