Urgent!!! Error in requesting the access token

I have a Trados Freelance  licence. I bought a new notebook and I downloaded the free trial license to it. At my old PC,  I have the paid Freelance version. Since I downloaded the free version to the laptop, the paid one started to deny access at my PC. I bought the extension for the new laptop, but I need to work immediately, so I would like to the dissolve the error on my PC. Could it be that somehow my paid license got banned instead of the trial one?
