I have just bought the upgrade to SDL Trados Studio 2021, but I cannot upgrade my 2019 license. It keeps giving me a warning, and I can't find the new license.
How can I proceed?

I can see that you have simply not yet processed the upgrade in your account yet.
Please log in to your account/Licenses and click where shown and follow the instructions
Your new activation code will then be available.
