My computer has crashed, and I cannot access the Trados software installed on that computer in order to generate a deactivation certificate and activate the license on my new computer. Is there another way to activate the license on my new computer?

You can reset your license from your SDL account following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
Once the license is deactivated you can activate it on the new computer.
