deactivation issue - several instances running

Question

Hello, 
 I wanted to do the upgrade from Studio 2019 to 2021, but I have an issue with deactivating my licence. When clicking on "Deactivate" and also when trying to use the "Deactivate offline" option, I get an error saying that several instances of this application are active and I should close all other instances before deactivating the licence. 
 But I checked and I can't see any other instances running. I even restarted my PC but still same issue. 
 Does anyone know what to do?

Hello Catherine Griffin 
 You can reset the license from your SDL account following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545 
 Once this is done you can upgrade it to 2021.
