Not able to open SDL Trados Studio 2019 and SDL Passolo 2018

Earlier I activated both software's, but today I am not able to open them.

Asking for reactivation, earlier I did activation with the help of SDL support team, they took remote control to complete the process.

Don't remember how to do it again.    

I need to use both of them asap.

Pl. guide.
