I did try the key in a classroom but I still have the same error (see attached file). The keys work fine when I am in a windows 7 environment. But not on windows 10. I have the same error for SDL TRADOS 2019 and SDL Passolo 2018. I am also sending you the trados and passolo license file that you have sent.
