Dear Tech Support,
I've got an SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus licence, one instance of the software is permanently activated on a laptop and the other one is used alternatively between a laptop and a desktop computer. Now, a week or so ago, I deactivated the latter on my laptop while having network problems, and instead of the usual confirmation pop-up, the software simply disappeared. Since then, I have not been able to activate it (neither on my laptop, nor on my desktop). I've checked my SDL profile, and it says both instances are "in use"...
(Error message on activation attempt: "Activation failed. No licences are currently available for the specified activation code.")
Could you please help?
