I bought the upgrade from Trados Studio 2001 Freelance to Trados Studio 2001 Professional, I upgraded the license through my SDL Account, and I downloaded and installed the resulting file also from my SDL Account (SDLTradosStudio2021SR1_16.1.3.409). I have done multiple installs, including by first removing the previous version manually. Every time, after I check the version under Help/About SDL Trados Studio is says SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance. I tried deactivating the license through product activation but I continue to receive the same error: "Deactivation Failed. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance."

Any suggestions?
