Hello Anna-Carin Stake , You haven't explained the difficulties that you are having with installing 2014. Are you able to download from your account? Do you get any error messages? Please explain the issues you are facing ( you do not need to install 2011 first as all versions are standalone). Please note i have removed the personal/license details as these are not required in this public forum.
