deactivation /reactivation

Hi, I bought a new laptop and I need to deactivate my license on the old one and to reactivate it in my new one. When I try to deactivate the license I have the following message:

Revocation is not allowed for an expired license.

 Error message in Trados Studio 2019 Professional stating 'Revocation not allowed for an expired license.'

But, as you can see in the following screenshot I have a license with no expiry date:

 SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional license details on SDL account page showing no expiry date with status 'Available'.

Could you please help me?
