Extended trial for 2021 - license won't activate

I’m having problems activating our extended trial 2021 licenses on our server. I followed the setup steps sent in the mail from Annelies but it doesn’t seem to be working (I keep getting the error message 'Provider error occurred, code: 999. Quantity cannot be blank or 0').

I deactivated the 2017 licenses, then uninstalled the old license server.

Reinstalled the new version of the license server and activated the 2017 licenses. (Up to here everything works fine.)

I then tried to activate the 2021 trial licenses using the new license code but get the error mentioned above. (Strangely our SDL account says they are ‘In Use’ but my Studio version says I only have 4 days left of my trial.)

 Please could you let me know if there is a problem with the license key and how to fix this? Thanks.
