Installation of SDL/Trados following computer crash

Hi, my computer crashed last week, and my installed SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus as well as my SDL-Multiterm instalations are now gone. Do I have to deactivate them online before I install the next update that I purchased a few weeks ago? How should I proceed if I should install the latest version now? Thank you, Anna
