Hi,
i just downloaded and installed the December update to Trados 2021. On startup an error message saying:
"The license key is not valid for this device. Try again with a different device or contact your administrator." apprears and I cannot access the software anymore. Trados Live still works though.
Tried resetting the licence as someone suggested and it said there is no licence to reset.
What's gone wrong?
