I was using SDL Studio 2017 on my old laptop and purchased the 2019 upgrade a while ago, but had not installed it yet. I just installed 2019 on a new laptop (without 2017) and entered my new activation code for 2019. Now this version appears as activated in my SDL account but the installed software on my laptop does not seem to recognize it and keep asking me to enter my activation code.

I tried to deactivate my 2017 licence online/offline and reset the current 2019 one but I keep getting error messages whatever I do. I'm still working on the test version for now and would like to be able to use all features from the full version.
