I purchased SDL Trados Studio 2021 a couple of months ago and activated it. It was working fine, no major issues (aside from a couple of crashes).
Then I tried to open it today for the first time in about three weeks. I got a message saying the license had expired. Entering the activation code does not work:
I tried resetting the license but got another error message (below). I tried uninstalling, restarting and then installing the latest version SR1 16.1.3.4096 but I still get the same error.
