Hello,

today, I installed upgrade SDL Trados Freelance plus from 2019 to 21. Download and install went smoothly, except for activation of the licence key which is said to be wrong. In fact, I used my activation key for Trados 2019 as in my account there is no newer key to be found (I also have Trados 2017 key). Upgrade for Trados 2021 has been purchased some months ago, which may be also checked in my account and below info. This upgrade information has no activation key attached - or it seems so. What have I missed?
