The issue here appears to be that the name you use here in community, is not the same as one  registered on the SDL account.

As mentioned in this previous thread- providing us with the order number is essential so that we can track the account.

However, I have now managed to track down the account through the various support tickets than have been logged in the past.

You must log into the correct account  Roopa account

You will then see you are able to see and activate Studio 2021
