Hi, I bought a 2021 trados studio starter license and cannot activate it (online or offline)

Any help, please?

Hi,

I had the same issue

online --> it appear an error message

offline --> in the icenses area on the right it appears "deactivate" and not "activate"

Please, send instruction on which is the best way to proceed and if following the online or offline activation. Thanks!
