I have upgraded my license from 2015 Freelance to 2021 Freelance. I deactivated my 2015 version, installed the 2021 version, and received an activation code but I encounter problems when trying to copy and paste the new code into the Studio 2021. Clicking on Product Activation I am offered a trial version. When I click on Activate button, I receive the message: "Activation failed. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code". Please note that my SDL account indicates that my license is in use. I would appreciate any help.
