I cannot find my activation code

Hi,

I was under the impression that I had bought a laptop and a desktop renewal for my computers but I cannot find the activation code for my desk top and I need it urgently.

Could you please help? In my buying history I cannot find my purchase but my invoice is there. It all seems a bit fuzzy and not very well organized. I hate upgrading for Trados as it has never ever happened without problems.
