Licence for Studio 2019+ has disappeared, among others

There are but 2 relevant licences available: Studio 2014 and Studio 2021. Where are those for 2017+ and specifically 2019+?

    Looking back over your account/order history, I can see that you have always had a support and maintenance contract,

    which means you have always received the upgrades from one version to the next free of charge.

    When you upgrade from one version to the next, you lose the previous version, which is replaced with the newer release.

    With the last upgrade from Studio 2019 to Studio 2021, your previous license for 2019 has been replaced with one for Studio 2021.

    As a freelancer through the licensing process, we have ensured that you can keep the previous version under certain circumstances.

    For instance, you can have both 2019 and 2021 installed on the same machine. It is the Studio 2021 license activation that activates Studio 2019 (if you need this).

    I understand. Thanks for the information regarding the inner upgrade operations. Well, I do have both versions of Studio 2019 and 2021 solely installed on my main computer. Since the latter tends to crash now and then without any previous, let's say, operational provocation (I work with Trados since 1994, I think). I even had to ask your support for help because 2021 wouldn't react at all any longer so this kind of standby in the form of 2019 for such cases gives me a chance to completing the ongoing translation which the customer is waiting for. In a nutshell: I can install 2019 und use the licence key of the 2021 to activate the 2019 - right?
