Error trying to deactivate license

Hello,

One of my computers died on me and I needed to deactivate my license (2017 Freelance Plus). I deactivated the license on one of them from the application but I need to deactivate it too in the computer that died ( I need the license running on two computers at the same time). I have tried to do it offline and I received an deactivation code, but it doesn't work, I always get the following error message:

"An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request."

This link gets me to the support page, to either buy a support package or this group? I don't really want to have to buy support just for deactivating a license, does anyone have any idea?
